How does shipping work?

Please allow us 2 -3 days to prepare your order. If we are shipping your order we will send it next day to the address you provided. Our products arrive in a uline cooled container. We ship Monday through Thursday with a 3pm CST cut off time. We will send an email confirmation once we ship your order. All that is required of you is to enjoy your food once it shows up!


What if I want to pick up locally?

Once your order is paid for you will receive an email confirmation. A follow up email will be sent with pickup details including location. See the table below for general timelines.

What if I need my order expedited

All of our food is made by order so that we produce it just the way our customers like it. If you need an expedited order reach out to us at info@yahyahsbbq.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. While we are happy to accept last minute or same day orders or the day before, they may be subject to a $25 rush order fee to help offset the additional food/labor cost to process your order on short notice. Please note that product selection may be limited, so your flexibility is appreciated.


I have an issue with my order. How can this be resolved?
